
Washington – the form of applying for federal financial assistance must be introduced by October 1 after President Joe Biden signed the act in the law Wednesday, which provides an earlier processing cycle.

The term Fafs Bill passed through the Congress
The act met with wide bilateral support and quickly passed the Chamber and the Senate in November. Representative of Indiana GOP Erin Houchin, a member of the American Commission for Education and Working Form, introduced regulations in July.
Senator Bill Cassidy, a ranking of the American Senate Commission for Health, Education, Working force and pensions, presented the Senate version of the Act. The Louisiana Republican is in a queue to chair the panel next year.

The application in 2024-25 was converted after the Congress adopted the Fafs simplification law at the end of 2020, but met with several problems that caused delays in processing and gaps in applications.
Department’s staff worked on the repair of these errors and closing the gap in applications from the previous processing cycle, and officials said they were wondering how to improve the form of 2025-26.
