This is the fourth installment in our series highlighting the key congressional primary elections in the Commonwealth.
The 10th Congressional District contest on the Democratic side doesn’t have the same numbers as PA-03 or PA-07, but it does have some drama as two candidates compete for the opportunity to challenge the Republican incumbent Rep. Scott Perry autumn.
The Pennsylvania primary election will be held on Tuesday, May 19.
