“Samsung’s recently released Galaxy Z Flip 6 won praise from reviewers for its design, which folds the 6.7-inch smartphone in half. Now Apple is reportedly preparing a competitor.
Apple is working on an iPhone with a “clamshell” design similar to the Galaxy Z Flip series, according to a report Tuesday from The Information. The modern design, which could be ready as early as 2026, would coincide with Apple’s plans to also release modern improved camera technologies, including a variable aperture, the report added.
