Ed Durr resigns from the Governor of the NJ, but he doesn’t support Bill Fatea

Ed Durr, also known as “Ed the Trucker”, abandoned on Monday from GOP Primary for New Jersey governor, but he does not raise his support for Bill Fall in the way he suggested the announcement of the campaign.

“I support the conservative movement of the magician,” said 61 -year -old Durr, on Monday afternoon, after he was leading the truck this morning. “I didn’t support anyone.”

Gouanster Durr said in an interview with Inquirer that he would not be able to participate in the race debates, because he did not raise enough money to qualify to match the funds, which would stop him before transferring the message. He also said that he did not want to divide conservative voting.

“We just don’t collect money,” he said. “Everything is dry.”

Candidates for the governor had to collect at least USD 580,000 from private colleagues to receive dollars to match public for their campaigns. Durr did not seem to report any contributions to the Electoral Enforcement Committee in New Jersey from Monday, but said he had collected about $ 25,000.

Durr was perceived as a candidate for a long shot compared to the fall, Jacek Ciattarelli and senator of state Jon Bramnick, but he had previously exceeded his chances. In 2021, Durr defeated the then chairman of the democratic senate Steve Sweeney with a shoe budget, turning the district and serving one term. Sweeney now operates in a crowded democratic basic for the governor.

He said that a press release sent a few minutes before a telephone connection, which suggested that Durr supports a fall in a basic condition. Durr emphasized that there were no plans to support anyone in the first place, but he did not rule out it for the future.

But the edition, which was sent by consultant Steve Kush on behalf of the Durra campaign, criticized Bramnick and Ciattarelli for not steadfast to Trump and quoted Durra, saying that he was finishing his campaign so that the fall “can” employ all the resources of the campaign to overcome two impermanence in this race and carry a conservative message until November. “

Bramnick was open to his disapproval of Trump. Meanwhile, Fall and Ciattarelli drew attention to all anti -trump statements, which the second made in the past, while justifying himself as the most loyal to the president.

This leaves Durr in the difficult position of Trump’s loyalist.

“I am the only one who was running, who never said anything negative about President Trump,” said Durr. “It’s unfortunate that I don’t have a campaign funds.”

Durr told journalists at the beginning of this year that he would not give up the race, despite the delayed number of funds.

“The campaigns should not apply to money, they should concern people,” said GOP after the first debate in February.
