2. Department of State Intervenes in F&M Voting/Voter Registration Dispute in Lancaster County
“In Pennsylvania’s succinctly worded letter Commonwealth Secretary Al Schmidt today requested that the Lancaster County Board of Elections investigate claims that Franklin & Marshall College students are not registered to vote.
Three-page letter to commissioners Josh Parsons, Ray D’AgostinoAND Alice Yodermember of the Board of Elections, instructs it to immediately compel the election office to “properly process all registration requests in accordance with Pennsylvania law.”
