Harrisburg – – June 24, 2025 -The Senate approved the legislation today to strengthen the provisions regarding breast cancer in Pennsylvania by ensuring full protection of diagnostic imaging, removing financial barriers for patients today. While 26 other states followed Pennsylvania’s predominance in offering impartial additional thoracic tests since the passage of Act 1, Pennsylvania remains the only state without guaranteed covering of diagnostic imaging.
