Harrisburg, but – – February 13, 2025 – Today Governor Josh Shapiro announced that he would submit a lawsuit to question the unconstitutional freezing of President Trump by $ 1.2 billion, which the US Congress allocated at Pennsylvania, along with an additional 900 million dollars requiring an indefinite review of federal agencies.
Shapiro governor is aimed at restoring access to financing to PA agencies, which provide critical services to Pennsylvanians, including Liheap, energy infrastructure and pristine water, and connecting an orphanage well, including programs that benefit.
In support of this lawsuit, the leader of the Senate Democratic Senate Jay Costa (D-Allegheny) and the chairman for democratic means Vincent Hughes (D-Miladelphia/Montgomery) will publish:
