The Democrats Senate is still alerting the catastrophic effects of the Act on reconciliation of Trump on healthcare, hospitals and access to food throughout Pennsylvania

Sharing personal stories, state data and personal experiences, legislators encourage republicans at a state and federal level to join them in opposite cuts to critical programs of the social security network

Harrisburg, then – June 30, 2025 – On Monday, June 30, members of the Senate Pennsylvania The Democratic Club gathered in the eastern wing of the Rotunda to pay attention to the urgent number of national law on Trump’s politics before becoming the law. In its current form, the Act is an existential threat to Medicaid, Snap and Rural Hospitals throughout Pennsylvania.

“Senate Democrats stand united and determined in our message: care, not cutting” said Jay Costa, leader of the Democratic Senate. “In the strongest possible categories, we encourage our Republican colleagues to join us in condemning the large ugly account of Trump – there is a place for you in our movement for care, food and hospitals for every Pennsylvania.”

“There is nothing beautiful in this bill– said Senator Vincent Hughes, chairman of the Senate democratic means. “Cutting healthcare and food aid is not who we are as Pennsylvania. This is not who we are as Americans. The only people who are served by these cuts are the richest of the richest. We, as Pennsylvania senate democrats send a message to people that it is not too slow.

On May 22, in the American Chamber of Representatives in the USA, he would donate 15 million health insurance Americans and 3 million families of hearty food. These provisions will be harmful to the Pennsylvania community and exerts amazing pressure on the PA state budget to fill the financial gap that the federal government threatens to create. These cuts will be particularly harmful to rural areas, in which hospitals, often the largest employers from these areas, are the spine of the economies.

“The so -called” Big Beautiful Bill “is a reckless, regressive package that priority treats legal tax reductions and political attitudes regarding real solutions for working families”, ” Senator Sharif Street said. “At a time when Americans are demanding actions on healthcare, economic justice and civil rights, this law offers exactly the opposite: deeper inequality, less security and more divisions. I stand in communities that will be the most damaged legislation.”

“Take it from a nurse who worked in hospitals and nursing homes: healthcare for our neighbors with low income and aging in Pennsylvania is NO ‘waste’,” Senator Collett said. “When healthcare facilities in Pennsylvania are forced to close their doors when seniors can no longer gain access to care, when families must choose between medicine and meals – remember about these cruel elections: Republicans who wrote and voted for this catastrophic recipes.”

The President of the President of the President’s Policy, currently acting by the United States Senate, would represent the largest wealthy transfer from penniless and workers’ Americans to the richest in the history of the US. By adding trillions to domestic debt, this law threatens the access to healthcare at least 300,000 Pennsylvania, who rely on Medicaid and 140,000 Pennsylvania, who rely on Snap.

“It’s not just a budget struggle. It’s a fight for the dignity and survival of our neighbors” Senator Haywood (D-4) said. “These cuts tear food from tables, care for children and disabled people and safety from seniors. We will not stand while politicians will exchange people’s lives for political points.”
