Lititz, PA – – July 21, 2025 -On Friday, July 18, Senator of State James Andrew Malone (D-36, Lancaster) welcomed voters and community members at the official great opening ceremony for his District Office in the center of Lititz. Senator Malone is the first democrat chosen for the Lancaster Senate for over 130 years.
The event emphasized the components of the District Bureau and included product hygiene drive for the benefit of Lancaster, choosing a love pantry.
“Almost 270,000 people call the District 36 Senate,” said Senator Malone during the opening comments. “This is a great job and we work hard to help everyone who comes in navigation in state agencies and get the needed help.”
Before the great opening, Senator Malone’s office already took care of 86 cases of component services. Common matters include assistance to votes in real estate/rent tax, compensation of unemployment and navigation in other state agencies.
“Every day, as your senator, I will do everything to make sure that we care about our people,” continued Senator Malone. “I will work to invest in our public schools, support our first answers and give our families, our seniors and other sensitive neighbors a foundation they need.”

Lancaster’s Ferry Chooses Love Food Pantry is a low -barrier food pantry that has been cooperating with Central Pa Food Bank since 2022 to service the local community. Unlike some pantry, this does not require public figures to gain access to its resources.
The pantry is open on Wednesdays from 17 to 20 and Saturdays from 9:30 to 12:00. Residents interested in shopping in the pantry can appoint. For more information about a donation or volunteering, visit LancastercountyoSlove.org/food-pantry.
