Two did not vote – Rep. Andrew Garbarino AND David Schweikert. Empire State Reporta apparently fell asleep in the back of the room during a 20-hour marker session, according to Speaker Mike Johnson. No reason was given due to the lack of voting on the part of Schweikert.
