It’s a neat victory Vice President Kamala Harris.
Earlier Monday, the Pennsylvania Democratic Party Executive Committee unanimously endorsed Harris as the party’s nominee for president of the United States.
The Executive Committee’s decision came after a vote by Pennsylvania County Democratic caucus chairmen and regional caucus chairmen, who also unanimously supported the vice presidential nomination.
Combined with Pennsylvania’s support Governor Josh Shapiro AND U.S. Senators Bob Casey Jr. AND Jan FettermanKeystone State Democrats apparently support Harris’ victory.
159 state delegates pledged to President Joe Biden. They voted in a virtual meeting Monday afternoon to shift their votes to Harris.
The York County Democrats said in a statement: “The endorsement sends a strong signal of unity to a candidate who helped shape the policies of this administration and will continue to fight for the interests of all Americans as the next president.”
