Fun with maps: Registration of PA voters according to the counties (July 2025)

While Republicans see that red and democrats feel blue, they are independent and voters of third parties who still show the augment in the latest registration issues of voters from the Department of State.

From October last year before the presidential election, the Democrats lost almost 4.2 percent of their registered voters, falling to 3.98 million. Republicans, closing the gap to below 175,000, still felt 1.15 percent of its base.

However, the independent and registration of the third pages noticed an augment with a total value of almost three quarters by one percent. Although this may not seem much, it is certainly a sign that voters prefer another option at the moment of the election cycle.

Of the 10 poviats with the most recording “without connections” eight of 10 recorded an augment since October last year, run by Montgomery (+2.7%), Bucks (+2.2%) and Berk (+2.2%). Only Allegheny (-1.6%) and Lehigh (-0.3%) have a decrease in independent registration.

What some consider a mass exodus from the Democratic Party seems to snail-paced down, because the “blue” poviats have stopped the tide in the last three months. Berks (-4.6%), Allegheny (-4.4%), Lehigh (-4.1%) and Delaware (-4.0%) were witnesses of declines by more than 4%of their ranks.

The great aged party should continue to celebrate, because the gap narrows, but from October Westmoreland’s Ferry has noted an augment in republican registration, while Delaware (-3.3%), Chester (-2.8%) and Allegheny (-2.5%) recorded decreases by over 2%.

Some attributed to the automatic registration of voters (AVR) on the swings preferences of the election party. From September 2023, independent/3. The parties were a selection of 35.6% of recent registrants, while the Republicans are next at 33.4%. Democrats, many of which considered to exercise the recent law, the trail at 31.0%.
