Eugene DePasquale he appears to have secured the Democratic nomination, winning 35.39 percent of the total votes in the primary election, ahead of four opponents.
With three candidates from Philadelphia – Keir Bradford-Grey, Joe Khan AND Jared Solomon – along with Delaware County Jacek Stollsteimer – it appears DePasquale, who now lives in Allegheny County, was able to take advantage of his “non-Philly” status.
