In an interview on the “Hang Out With Sean Hannity” podcast, the Pennsylvania Democrat Senator John Fetterman opened up about his near-fatal stroke that occurred in 2022, telling the host, “my heart stopped.”
The former lieutenant governor said that while it was “resolvable at the time,” he has made a full recovery.
Fetterman continues to exploit his captioning device to aid him decipher the question he is being asked.
“That stroke could have ended me or taken away my ability to speak or move or whatever,” he continued. “That’s why I don’t try to hold on to any negativity and that’s where I’m at.”
The left is criticizing a senior Commonwealth senator for wanting to break ranks and vote against the Democratic Party line.
“I’m always happy to talk to people,” he said. “As this situation becomes more and more angry and polarizing… I am not going to be a part of it.”
