Harrisburg, Pennsylvania – today the Pennsylvania Senate convened for a session. “While real people are trying to plan work, school, meetings and more as drastic cuts in the field of transit services, the Republicans of the Senate suggest that we release capital funds for a two -year transit correction, which puts us in the same position in two years.
