July 18, 2025 -Senator Nick Miller (D-Lehigh-Northampton) announces that the request for proposals (RFP) now lives in a former dairy place Lehigh Valley in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. In April, the reconstruction authority in Lehigh confirmed this page to move forward for future developers.
“This long-lasting property is located on important crossroads between Whitehall and Allentown and has a huge potential for regional revitalization,” said Senator Nick Miller. “Thanks to RFP, we now live a step closer to the transformation of this key place in the Economic Activity Center. I am convinced that with the support of the state and the reconstruction body of Lehigh, there will be sturdy community -based proposals.
The property includes two neighboring packages of free commercial land located at 1026 MacArthur Road and 845 Sumner Avenue in Whitehall Township. These packages are seen as one economic unit and will be sold collectively.
This side was built in 1920 and was originally a silk mill, which was transformed into dairy products in 1934. The object remained free until EPG destroyed it in 2024-2025.
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with “proposal Elias Property Group” and should be obtained on Thursday, September 4, 2025 or in front of them. The deadline is on September 4, 2025 to Elias Property Group LLC.
