The fact that the usual “UM” spoken by the playmaker was more than interested in signaled that the visit of Philadelphia Eagles in the White House on Monday would not be a typical opportunity for photography of the winners.
And it wasn’t. The first person, which President Donald Trump called on the podium during the ceremony under the flawless April Blue Sky, was not the owner, trainer or future Hall-of-Famer Disandro, legendary director of Eagle Security, whom he appointed as a fan.
Trump also weighed the controversy – although not related to the immigration order, which was to sign later on a day that could have a financial impact on Philadelphia. He supported the patented “Tush Tush” Eagles, which NFL may prohibit.
As it turned out, the central figure of Tush-Push, playmaker Jalen Hurts-which and so the shout from Trump-was one of the players who had “planning conflicts” and went through the opportunity to meet the president.
And vice versa, Eagles Superstar Saquon Barkley decided to run with her.
Generating the noise that competed with a reaction to his backward jump to Jacksonville Jaguars defender in November – canceled by Trump during the ceremony – Barkley played on Sunday with Trump and flew to Air Force to Washington before the ceremony.
Barkley became the purpose of indignation in social media, and one media critic suggested that the escaping head wandered into the wrong part of his anatomy.
But Barkley calmly responds to X: “Maybe I just respect the office, not a difficult concept to understand. Just golf [former President Barack] Obama recently. ”

Eagles represent a city where 80% of those who gave voting cards in the November election voted against Trump.
Philadelphia was also traditionally the so -called “city of the sanctuary”, and the visit coincided with the main day in the White House.
After the Eagles’ celebrations, Trump signed an executive order managing internal security and the office of the Prosecutor General in order to identify the “jurisdiction of the Sanctuary”, which they consider to be obstructing the federal immigration enforcement. These cities or poviats could see how federal funds were dragged or stood in the face of lawsuits.
Considering that the definition of the “sanctuary” was different, it was not clear how the administration would determine which places match the category.
On Monday morning, immense posters with mugs of undocumented immigrants who were arrested or deported were plastered by the lawn of the White House.
At a press conference, reporters received immense packages of 100 immigration and customs arrests with details detained by persons and crimes, for which they were accused or convicted.
Tom Homan, the boss of ice, advertised a drop on the borders and burdened illegal immigration. There was also a brief mention of the upcoming ceremony.
“President welcomes the master of Super Bowl Philadelphia Eagles,” said press secretary Karoline Leavitt, “if we have Philly fans.”
They later appeared for actual celebration.
When the event began, the sea team played Rocky Subject (what else?). Among them was real Rocky, Vince Papale, a former Eagle player who became a folk hero. Also in the crowd were Mehmet Oz, US senator Dave McCormick, Kellyanne Conway and a noticeable lack of democrats.
Earlier on the same day, the Eagles’ entourage toured in the Arlington National Cemetery and visited the tomb of an unknown soldier.
It was not clear at once how many players passed the journey except the wounds, but among the significant absent were wide receivers AJ Brown and Devonta Smith and the retirement of Brandon Graham, who spent the entire career with the eagles.

Among those who gave brief comments, was the longtime owner of Eagles, Jeffrey Lurie and six-time offensive Lineman All-Pro Lane Johnson.
Supporting the pushing Tush, in which the playmaker is pushed from behind the growing offensive line, when the team needs a brief distance, Trump said: “I hope they will keep this game.”
It hurts embarrassed his plans. Asked on Thursday in the 100 event whether he would take part in the ceremony, he answered with the evasive “UM” and moved to the end of the interview.
After the first franchise championships in Super Bowl in 2018, Eagles became what is considered the first winner of the NFL title, which was repealed at the invitation of the White House after several players spoke critically about Trump.
In his comments on Monday, Lurie remembered how, when he was a child, he liked to see how the teams awarded in Super Bowl visit the White House.
He added that he never dreamed that his turn would come.
John Killion, Emigrant Floridian and Mayfair, managed to get a ticket for the event thanks to his son who worked on the Trump campaign in Bucks. He praised Lurie, who was A generous donor of democratic candidates.
“I know he is not politically adapted to Trump, but I’m glad he saw him,” said Killion. “Some of us are Trump, and some are not, but it is a special thing for us to see our team and our fans … in the White House. This does not happen often.”
Actually, it was the first time.
